Welcome to our website!

Hello, my name is Jamie Fitzpatrick. I am a 43 year old husband and father to two amazing kids, Colby and Tessa. Kim and I have always worked hard for to achieve the goals we set for our family, and we've always believed one thing: Whatever you want in life, you can have.

It starts with a clear decision that you want change, and then taking immediate action. It starts with one step, then another, and you just keep moving forward!

That's exactly how Kim and I have built our business. How I've gone from a coaching newbie in March of 2015, to the #8 ranked Beachbody Coach out of over 460,000 in the network, and the top ranked male in the company. It's how Kim and I have built our team from a handful of dedicated business starters, to a thriving tribe of over 500 Coaches.

My success story involved grit, determination and hard work, yes. But it was fuelled by a belief in the power of a positive mindset. Your thoughts can change your outlook, and they can also change your future. But did didn't always have that mindset. Let me take you back to seven years ago, when I was in a very bad spot. I was at an all time low. And your all time low is an incredibly difficult spot to be in because you feel like you will never get out. You lack HOPE. And when you lack hope the world gets pretty dark, the sun doesn’t shine in your world, and happiness is a fleeting emotion that rarely shows up.

I was 240 pounds—60 pounds overweight— and on multiple blood pressure and cholesterol medications. I remember taking my pills every night wondering: “Why am I taking these in my 30’s?” I KNEW better, I’d been active my entire life, but I was having trouble DOING better.

I was stressed out from the troubles in the company my brother and I co-founded. I was miserable, and I self-medicated with food, among other things. Kim and I had just welcomed our son Colby into the world—la time that should have been filled with joy. But I was just not happy or comfortable with myself, and when you are in that stage even the brightest moments and most beautiful things in your life don’t quite shine like they should.

One night, most likely while eating pizza and drinking beer, I saw an infomercial with some handsome tanned dude doing exercise! He was RIPPED! That man was Tony Sawyer Horton. Something about his tone and words captured my attention, and I didn't change the channel. I’m not sure why, but in that 20 minutes of watching TV, something clicked in me. I picked up the phone and ordered Tony's Beachbody program, P90X.

It arrived, I started the program, and I was HOOKED! This program changed my world. It changed my life. Anyone who has completed a home-based workout program and gone through a physical, mental, and emotional transformation knows that there is something very hard to explain to people who haven’t been through it. You begin to completely shift who you are, at the core, at the very centre of what you believe in and how you feel about yourself and your place on this earth. LIGHT comes back into your days. Happiness begins to CREEP back in. Transforming your body and health affects your entire life.

People ask me how I work so hard as a Coach and why I'm so PASSIONATE about what Kim and I do. I tell them it's because I personally know how these programs can TURN YOUR LIFE AROUND, can bring HOPE back into it, can knock you out of the self-loathing quagmire that we all can get trapped in.

THAT is why we do what we do. The PASSION comes from experience, from knowing where I was, and where I am now. I want that for others. I took an opportunity that was presented to me, worked very hard at it, implementing my strategies from my business and entrepreneurial background and then teaching others how to do the same. The coolest and most fulfilling part: I get to help others get healthier, live longer, and be happier. This is a complete WIN-WIN. It’s been an INCREDIBLE ride that is just beginning! I think we are all capable of doing incredible things, so speak kindly to yourself, and see the good in life...it's out there. J
